1. IMTCO is committed to encouraging trade exchanges and cooperation among countries around the world, and firmly opposes all conflicts and discrimination prohibited by law, such as gender/nationality/religion.

2. IMTCO follows the multilateral trade system of the World Trade Organization, and makes free trade one of our main principles to further reduce trade barriers and make trade flow as freely as possible.

3. IMTCO regularly review and improve the transparency of routine work and data for better exchange of experience.

4. IMTCO firmly opposes such unfair behavior: members or partners violate the policies and fair treatment under the multilateral trading system, or falsify the illusion of “neutrality” in trade rules, standards and practices.

Sustainable development provides a common framework for both multilateral trade and environment to discuss issues.

IMTCO hopes that multilateral trade and environmental policies will reinforce each other and work to improve environmental standards and address environmental issues, such as establishing or strengthening environmental cooperation and guiding members and partners to participate in environmental affairs.

IMTCO is an international non-profit organization and does not operate to generate profit. All revenues are used for operational management, employee salaries and benefits, and the future development of IMTCO. We strictly adheres to all statutory requirements regarding accounting and financial reporting as well as tax legal and regulatory requirements, and we further emphasize the paramount importance of establishing records that truly reflect income and expenses.

IMTCO always follows the framework of international law and the legal system of the country in which it operates to ensure that the organization’s operations do not involve any violations of law or human rights.

Integrity is a commitment that IMTCO must fulfill. It sets a higher standard for our behavior based on compliance with laws and regulations, and guides us in making the right choices in any situation.

IMTCO will not support any party in any hostilities related to war and military; at no time will we engage in political, racial, religious or ideological arguments, and we always maintain the principle of neutrality. IMCTO firmly believes in peaceful and friendly international relations.
